Aaron is currently looking for a new location to hold classes, in the meantime he is offering one on one tution.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Led Classes
Led classes are a dynamic group practice where the teacher guides everyone through the Ashtanga Yoga sequence together, usually using breath counts, posture names, and traditional vinyasa rhythm. Students move in unison, creating a strong collective energy and helping refine timing, stamina, and concentration. Led classes are excellent for learning the structure of the sequence, building consistency, and experiencing the meditative flow of synchronized breath and movement. They are often used to complement Mysore practice by reinforcing rhythm, precision, and commitment to the method.
Vinyasa Classes
These yoga classes are inspired by the traditional practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
Aaron will take you on a complete yoga journey during this 1-hour class, guiding you through a dynamic and balanced asana practice that links breath and movement together in a flowing sequence. The word vinyasa refers to this connection between conscious breathing and movement, helping to create a practice that is both energising and meditative.
With precise alignment cues and thoughtful adjustments, students are encouraged to move with awareness while developing strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. The flowing nature of the practice helps build heat and vitality in the body, while the steady focus on the breath cultivates concentration, presence and a calm mind.
Classes also include pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and meditation, offering students the opportunity to experience the deeper benefits of yoga beyond the physical postures.
Aaron has a unique ability to adapt each class to meet the needs of both beginners and experienced practitioners, creating a welcoming environment where students can progress at their own pace while still being appropriately challenged.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Self Practice (Mysore style)
Mysore Style is the traditional method of teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, named after the city of Mysore where the practice was developed and refined. In this class format, students move through the sequence at their own pace, following their breath and current level, while the teacher offers individual guidance, hands-on adjustments, and personalised instruction. Rather than following a group cue, each practitioner develops independence, discipline, and a deeper internal focus. Mysore classes are ideal for beginners through to experienced students, as the practice is tailored to the individual and grows progressively over time.
